Actually before puasa, i was on diet. Quite strict. I am abstaining from rice while the fact that I LOVE NASI. I take care of what I eat. But it only goes about 2 weeks, then after start eating a lot back due to overenjoy seeing my spare tyring leaving me. So tonite, after almost a month of Syawal.so much raya. I want to diet back, put my self in a good manner of eating. No more overeating..no more,…no more..for the sake of myself. I saw my childhood fren fb, she`s not changing at all..still slim. When we are small, both of us are thin, but as we grow up, she is thin while I am thick..heheh Don't wanna be a fat doctor!!!
